Due to the nature of this product, returns will only be accepted under certain exceptions. You have 24 hours within receiving your candle to start a return by emailing through the website. If the candle is lit, no return is accepted. So you will take a picture of your product contact us by email, and we will get the process started for your return.

When your order is received, we start processing within 4 hours , and you have within those 4 hours to cancel after that time frame No cancelation are accepted because the processing of the candle has already been started. Your candle will ship out within 3 business days , and shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days. If you are local and wish to pick your product up, feel free to select that option or email me.
